How do I make a return/exchange?
If you'd like to make a return or exchange we have a super easy method. Just follow the link below, put in your info and you'll be able to print out a pre-paid returns label and ship it back to us!
Once we receive your return we will issue a refund to the original form of payment or a digital gift card with store credit will be emailed to you. If you elected for an exchange, your new item will be shipped out to you. Please note the original shipping cost will not be refunded. New merchandise that has not been washed, worn, altered, or soiled that are suitable for resale, may be returned for a refund or store credit within 30 days of purchase. All returns must be in the original packaging, with all tags attached, or they may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not trace the package.
Sale items purchased during site wide seasonal sales where items are reduced in price (including the Anniversary Sale, end of season sales, and holiday sales) are eligible for an exchange or can be returned for store credit only via a digital gift card.
Clearance items are final sale and are not eligible to exchange or return.
3rd Party Retailer
Purchases made at retail stores carrying our goods are subject to the return policy of the store it was purchased from.
Any returns on wholesale orders are not accepted after 30 days from the date of purchase or placement of purchase order. Should you find any item to be materially defective, the item must be returned in the same condition as it was sent within 15 days after receiving the garment unwashed, unworn and with the original tags affixed. Although we check all merchandise for defects and damage prior to shipment, it is the buyer's responsibility to check the product upon arrival to make sure it is free of any defects.
